Our modern and versatile function rooms at The Swan in Billingham is a wonderful location for any number of events, along with easy access from public transport with a Bus Stop directly outside and our on site car park for upto 50 cars.

With our in-house catering team presenting a number of different packages that suit every budget and are tailored to different events and of course, we are also happy to work with you if you have something different in mind.

Whether you’re meeting friends and family for one of life’s events, or planning a gala dinner or even a Prom you are in good hands with our experienced team who will help make your event a success.

We have two options available: our large function room has a capacity in excess of 280 people. For more intimate events, our smaller function room is ideal for up to 75 guests.

You are free to decorate the function rooms how you wish, however with our trusted suppliers we can also ensure your event is decorated exactly as you need. Then not forgetting the entertainment again working with our trusted suppliers we can ensure your entertainment needs are on par that your guests will be in awe and not wanting to leave.
